Suji Toast

Suji toast is an extremely tasty, fulfilling and quick recipe. Not only is it healthy, it is an extremely easy recipe for begginers. You can add veggies of your choice to make the recipe more nutritious.
It can be used as breakfast recipe, lunchbox recipe or serve with tea as snack.

Ingredients:
Suji/ Rava -1 cup
Curd : 1/2 Cup
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Tomato- 1 finely chopped
Capsicum - 1finely chopped
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
Green chilli - 2-3 finely chopped
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Bread slices - 6 to 8
Salt to taste
Ghee or butter or oliveoilto shallow fry
Water - 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1. Take a bowl add the suji, curd, water, salt, black pepper and mix well. Keep the mix aside for 30 minutes.
2. Add the chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli and coriander to the mix.
3. Apply this mix to the bread slices.
4. Grease a non-stick pan with the help of butter or ghee or if you are a fitness freak you use olive oil as well.
5. Now place the suji applied side of the bread slices on the pan and cook it on medium flame and apply ghee or butter or oil on the top side.
6. Flip the toast and let it cook from the other side.
7. Tadaaaa...your extremely tasty and delicious toast is ready. Serve it with ketchup or any other dip of your choice.
