Rava idli recipe

Ingredients:
Suji / Semolina: 1 cup
Curd : 1/2 cup
Curry leaves : 6-8
Cashew nuts: 8- 10
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Green chilli chopped : 3-4
Urad daal: 1/4 tsp
Chana daal :1/4 tsp
Cooking oil : 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Take a bowl and add 1 cup suji to it.
Now add curd to the bowl and also add 1/2 cup of water and salt and mix well and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Now take pan and add cooking oil to it.
One by one add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chana daal, urad daal and chopped cashew nuts to the pan.
Cool down the ingredients of the pan and add it to the bowl of suji that was kept aside.
Now grease the idli stand and Pour the batter that has been prepared.
Steam the batter for 10 minutes and the idli is ready to serve.
