INGREDIENTS
Suji-1katori
Cabbage-a small piece finely chopped
Onion-1inely chopped
Capsicum-1finely chopped
Tomato-1finely chopped
Green coriander-a little finely chopped
Green chilli-2-3 finely chopped
Black paper- half   tsp
Salt-  according to taste
Eno   salt-half  tbs
Curd –half  katori
METHOD
.Sieve  suji and add curd to it.
.Make A Mixture With Water Of Dropping Consistency.
.Keep The Mixture Aside For 20-25  Minutes.
.Add  Eno Salt ,All The Chopped   Vegetables , Salt And Black Pepper.
.Mix Well And Put The Mixture In Idli Stand.
.Steam It Immediately.
.Serve With Chutney Or Sauce.
